DMX 221

The DMX 221 pumps offer optimum dosing technology and control safety. With their resistant plastic enclosure, they can safely be used for multiple applications. The innovative drive technology by ALLDOS and the elaborate gear kinematics provide soft and low-pulsation dosing.

Sensitive sensors monitor the dosing flow and the diaphragm and provide process safety. Due to the consequent separation of hydraulics and electronics, the process is protected from disturbances.

Dosing heads and valves for various cases

Different dosing media require different levels of resistance – they are covered by various combinations of materials and gaskets.

Additionally the following special accessories are available:

  • Spring-loaded pressure valve (for all dosing head versions) for optimised accuracy in dosing media with high viscosity
  • Special stainless steel 1.4571 valve for the trouble-free dosing of abrasive media
  • Heating or cooling flange with connection for hot or cold water (for stainless steel 1.4571 dosing heads) for the dosing of media tending to crystallisation at low temperatures

A look at advantages

  • The variety of capacity graduations covers any dosing flow between 4 and 115 l/h without any problems.
  • The dosing capacity ranges can be achieved with different stroke numbers. All chemical engineering tasks are thus taken into consideration to their full extent.
  • All control elements are on top of the pump for better ergonomics.
  • Etron Profi can be installed in a way, that the optimum accessibility of the pump is always guaranteed.
  • The elaborate design of the modular system reduces the number of spare parts considerably.
  • The DMX pumps can be equipped with high-quality components as e.g. dosing controllers, diaphragm breakage indication or dosing head heating for special tasks.

Additional equipment
